Andrew is a fifth generation resident of St. Charles and proud to provide quality legal services to his community. Andrew focuses his practice on estate planning, probate/trust litigation, business law, taxation, and general civil litigation. Andrew takes pride in helping families create estate plans to meet their goals, and aggressively litigates to protect his clients.
Andrew is a member of the St. Charles Rotary Club, and serves on the Board of Directors of Foundations of Love, a charity dedicated to providing housing for the developmentally disabled in St. Charles County. Andrew is the Co-Author of "A Guide to Successor Liability Laws," published in State Tax Notes, and also the Co-Author of "Business Plans Handbook, Volume 11," a college textbook published by Thomson Gale publishing company. Andrew and Katie Westerfeld are happily married and reside in St. Charles.
